AQS Labs’ training workshops are designed to demonstrate the use of industry practices and tools to meet medical device
regulatory and quality system compliance requirements. The workshops are interactive for you to experience “real-life”
applications so that you can integrate the new learning into your job(s).
No but you should have some general body of knowledge of the subject matter (e.g. regulatory framework) even though the
starting point of each workshop begins with understanding the requirements and expectations. At minimum, you should have
a strong desire to learn and willing to participate in the workshop to maximize your personal learning experience.
Yes, understanding of conversational English because all workshop activities are conducted in the English language only.
You’re recommended to do some light awareness reading of the specific workshop subject matter
beforehand so that you can either “connect the dots” or seek clarification to maximize your learning.
You should also come prepared with some questions that may be pertinent to your current job function(s).
You should be able to take away a clear understanding of the central importance of each subject matter
and the common industry practices and tools that you can integrate into your job function(s). For
participants with direct experience, you will be able to “connect the dots” quickly and be able to master
the skills more quickly. Learning is a continuous process and it generally takes a few experiences to sharpen your skills.
AQS Labs will provide quarterly post training follow-up roundtable meetings for those individuals
who had already attended the workshop(s). Each learner will be invited to return to AQS Labs within
3-6 months from completing the workshop. These roundtable meetings are intended for learners to
clarify, interact, discuss, and exchange information with the aim to solidify his/her learning.
Reinforcement training will also be made available on a “as-requested” basis.
AQS Labs will implement additional workshops based on feedback during the initial registration
process and at the end of each workshop. Workshops may also be customized on a “as requested” basis.
Yes. However, each person must register with AQS Labs to establish the learner’s profile and all
workshops will be conducted at AQS Labs where training tools are readily available. Please email
